For the health and safety of all clients and staff, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio premises, including the recording rooms, lounges, and all common areas.
However, smoking is allowed outside the building. Please ensure you dispose of cigarette butts in the designated smoking areas and be mindful of other visitors.
Clients are responsible for using all studio equipment properly. Any damage to equipment due to improper use may result in a charge for repairs or replacement. If you're unsure how to use any equipment, please ask a staff member for assistance.
Bringing food into the recording rooms, water, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed, but we ask that you consume them in designated areas.
To ensure a productive and professional environment, please keep noise levels appropriate, especially in shared spaces and hallways. Loud conversations or disruptions can be distracting to other clients.
We ask all clients to maintain respectful and professional behavior toward staff, other clients, and guests. Discriminatory or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
We kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Audio Dope Recording Studios is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. We recommend clients keep valuable items secure.
